Siemens Building Technologies is an Operating Division of Siemens AG and was founded on October 1, 1998, through the acquisition of the industrial activities of Electrowatt Ltd. (Zurich, Switzerland), thus integrating and combining several decades of experience in building automation and fire safety.
Electrowatt’s history dates back to its foundation in 1895 with a focus on power generation and distribution and respective engineering services. Its industrial arm was built in the second half of the 20th century by the acquisition of Cerberus Ltd. (Männdedorf, Switzerland), a world leader in fire safety founded in 1940, and of Staefa Control System Ltd. (Stäfa, Switzerland), a leading European player in building automation, founded in 1962. In 1996, Electrowatt acquired Landis & Gyr Ltd. (Zug, Switzerland), founded in 1896, and merged this company’s building automation activities with Staefa Control System under the new name of Landis & Staefa.

Seoul, at 590 rooms' smart locks.And they were already installed well in HANOI PLAZA HOTEL, the five star hotel in CAU GIAY DIST,HANOI,VIETNAM.
The Hanoi Plaza Hotel will use our lift controllers and readers which we designed specially for the hotel user who using our hotel locks and also wanna to limit some guests to different floors according to hotel management needs.They use OTIS lift. Besides, because this is one five star hotel , they will use Micros Opera 5 PMS, to compatibe with our hotel lock system well, Charmvit Group ( The owner of Hanoi Plaza Hotel ) cooperated with XTC to get the Fidelio Interface from Micros Fidelio Korea with USD 20,000.00 cost, both of us will try best effort to finish the Interface development test job.
